This place is a fantastic spot to explore the area, with incredibly friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, and a sofa bed in the living area.

The staff were incredibly nice. Marvelous location really close to the slopes. - Very close to the ski lift and shops, including a supermarket outside the front door, the gondolas, and the main pedestrian street.

Location is the only positive point. The hotel is very expensive compared to other hotels around. In most hotels in the world children stay free of charge but not in this hotel. It is also the only hotel I knew which charges for cleaning rooms. The staff is not professional and they are even impolite with guests. I do not recommend this hotel. There are several better hotels nearby.

Good food in the restaurant, savoury breakfast with good varieties and the usual continental food. Peaceful and the best location with restaurants and bars a short walk to the place...

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially one particular member. the rooms were modern, cozy, and equipped with a balcony. the location is fantastic, providing easy access to the ski lifts. the rooms also come with convenient amenities such as a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

Silly things. no towels in the spa area. Very limited changing area in spa area. The bedroom was cleaned yes but no litter was taken unless clearly thrown on the floor or in the bins e.g. lots of empty water bottles left day after day! TV was purely german apart from CNN...not very 21st century!

The guest room with a balcony was amazing, and I really enjoyed my time at this place.

No A/C and when I asked for a fan they have told me that it was all given out to guests. I think there should be a fan for every single room. at least the number of the fans = the number of the rooms.

Loved the superior apartment with sofa bed in the lounge, felt like we were home. The hotel was in a good location very close to a lake and a hill. We was surprised at nearby Stadt Cafe Estl, they had some goodies, drinks: )

every thing was perfect as what we expect excellent location 5 min to the lake 4 min to train station and bus station 5 min to information building in the center breakfast was great

our stay was on the time of 2010 yiya world cup and it was very noisy during night since the hotel in the city center and close to the public viewing center this is the only bad thing

As this hotel became famous in Zell am see and most of traveller booked in it. The hotel service became very poor in regard to cleanse and facility. It is first time that I have to pay rent for Iron board and electricity adapter as this is the main basic support from the hotel for the visitors. Also before you check out you have to pay for room cleaning. This is really exploitation of visitors.
